Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your NSP Collections silver jewellery! If for any reason you've had a change of mind, we offer returns under the following conditions:

• 14-Day Change of Mind: You can return most items for a change of mind within 14 days of delivery.

• Earrings Excluded: For hygiene reasons and as per Australian consumer law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings due to a change of mind.

• Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, and include their original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

• How to Initiate a Return: To request a return, please email us at nspcollections.au@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your return.

• Return Shipping: Please note that for change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets our conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
