Welcome to NSP Collections! We're an online silver retail store. These terms outline the rules for using our website and purchasing our products. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean NSP Collections. When we say “you”, we mean you, our customer.

By accessing our website or buying something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Our online store is powered by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Using Our Website

To use our website, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure.

You agree not to use our website for any illegal purpose, to harass others, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to upload malicious software. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

2. Purchasing Our Products

Product Display: We do our best to display our products accurately, but the colours and images you see may vary depending on your device and screen settings.

Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price you pay will be the one displayed at the time of your order.

Orders: When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is not accepted until we have processed your payment and sent you a confirmation. Your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

Payment: You agree to provide current and accurate payment and account information for all purchases.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We will ship your order to the address you provide. While we provide estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed.

Risk and Title: We remain responsible for the products until they are delivered to your nominated address. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

4. Your Consumer Rights (Returns & Refunds)

We handle returns and exchanges in accordance with our separate Refund Policy. In addition to our policy, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

  • to cancel your service contract with us; and

  • to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NSP Collections or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.

6. Feedback and Reviews

If you submit feedback or product reviews, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and publish that content for any purpose, including for marketing. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it is not unlawful or infringing on any third party's rights.

Our website and services are provided 'as is'. However, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by any legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to (at our option):

  • the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;

  • the repair of the goods; or

  • the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and both parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

  • Changes to Terms: We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on our website. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

  • Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will still be valid and continue in effect.
