At NSP Collections, we're dedicated to getting your beautiful silver jewellery to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are from the date your order is shipped, not necessarily the order date.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days within Australia.

    • Cost: $10 flat rate or free for orders over $70

  • Express Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days within Australia.

    • Cost: $15.00 flat rate

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as postal delays or peak seasons. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, NSP Collections is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen shipping method and the total value of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, or if it remains unclaimed by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
